The first Blandin Foundation conference on January 13, 2004 demonstrated and discussed different strategies and opportunities available to communities to increase their economic vitality through deployment and utilization of broadband-based technologies.
Pioneering communities presented their success stories about how they “Got Broadband,” and how it has made a difference in their local economies.
