Community Leadership Programs Recruitment Assistant

The Blandin Foundation is seeking an individual to fill a full-time Recruitment Assistant position to assist with our with Community Leadership Program recruitment efforts.

This position will be responsible for providing advanced administrative, word processing and database support for recruitment of our Community Leadership Programs as well as giving community presentations in rural Minnesota communities.  Qualified candidates should have a 4-year degree in a related field and 5 years of administrative support experience.

Director of Grants 

The Blandin Foundation is seeking an individual to fill a full-time Director of Grants position.

The Director of Grants will serve as a member of the Foundation’s Senior Leadership Team and will be responsible for directing, developing, implementing and monitoring all grant making activities.  Qualified candidates must have a 4-year degree in a related field, with a master’s preferred, a minimum of 6 years of high-level experience and knowledge in several of the following fields:  community/economic development, education, intercultural competency, program management, supervision, nonprofit organizations, rural Minnesota communities, financial analysis and government policy.
