Executive Administrative Assistant
Blandin Foundation seeks a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Foundation’s President, Vice President and Director of Board Services. Duties include calendar management, Board logistics, meeting preparation and support. Candidates should have high-level computer proficiency and excellent communication, organizational, project management and decision-making skills and experience. Seeking candidates with a four-year degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or related field and at least five years of experience, preferably in an executive support capacity.
